Reset your password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. We’ll send a secure reset link — open it on the same iPhone to choose a new password.

Delete your account

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, watchlist, and feedback within 24 hours.

Send feedback or report an issue

Use the Send Feedback screen in the app, or email team@21ci.ai directly. Please include your device model and iOS version so we can help faster.
