LeadAlpha and the LeadAlpha app are operated by 21Ci Inc (“21ci,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built 21ci to respect your privacy by default.

We never sell your data

Period. Your email, name, watchlist, and feedback are never sold, rented, licensed, or shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. We do not work with ad networks. There is no “marketing partner” middle-ground.

What we collect

The email address you sign up with, any profile details you voluntarily enter (name, phone), the tickers you save, the feedback messages you submit, and anonymous usage telemetry that keeps the service running reliably.

How we use anonymized, aggregate data

We may use aggregate signals across all users to improve the app — for example, surfacing “Most popular companies this week” or trending tickers to other users. These aggregations are computed across all users and never reveal which specific user saved which ticker. Your individual saves are never exposed to anyone outside your own account.

How we secure your data

Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We share data only with the trusted infrastructure and service providers strictly required to operate the app, covering authentication, storage, AI-assisted report generation, and web search during report creation. These providers operate under contracts that prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. You can delete your account directly in the app under Profile → Delete account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, watchlist, and feedback within 24 hours.

Children’s privacy

21ci is intended for adults making their own investment research decisions and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
